In its weather bulletin, the center affirmed that the rains may fall over Saada, Amran, Hajjah, Mahweet, Dhamar, Rayma, Dhalea, Ibb, Taiz,  and Bayda, in additional to Jawf, Sanaa, and Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramaut, and Mahra.

It indicated that the weather in coastal areas would be clear to partly cloudy, hot, and humid on the southern coasts, with the possibility of scattered rains on parts of the eastern, southern, and western coasts.

The center noted that strong to very strong winds would prevail on the Gulf of Aden and around the Socotra Archipelago, as well as the eastern and southern coasts.

It stated that the desert areas would be clear to partly cloudy and very hot, with the possibility of scattered rains in some areas and active winds.

The center warned citizens in areas where rain expected to fall of thunderstorms and the presence or crossing of torrents during and after rainfall.

It also warned beachgoers of the possibility of seaside trips. Fishermen and ship captains were called for warning of rough seas and high waves in the Gulf of Aden, around the Socotra Archipelago, and on the southern and eastern coasts.
