Death toll of Israeli aggression on Gaza reaches 72,329 , with 172,192 wounded

GAZA, April. 12 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced, on Sunday, that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 72,329 martyrs and 172,192 wounded since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the Gaza Health Ministry explained that hospitals received two martyrs (one newly arrived and one whose body was recovered) and eight wounded individuals during the past 24 hours.

It revealed that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs killed by enemy fire has reached 750, the total number of wounded 2,090, and the total number of martyrs whose bodies have been recovered 760.

“Many victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them until this moment,” the ministry added.
