SANAA, June 14 (YPA) – In a televised speech broadcast by Al-Masirah channel on Saturday, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi addressed the Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In his speech, Sayyed al-Houthi affirmed that Yemen stands with Iran in confronting the Israeli occupation, considering Sana’a and Tehran as partners in this stance.
He stated that Sana’a supports Iran’s legitimate right to respond to the Zionist entity’s aggression.
Al-Houthi underscored the necessity of confronting the Israeli occupation, describing it as a genuine responsibility and interest for the Muslim Ummah, particularly when any Islamic nation is engaged in direct confrontation with it.
He added that political, media, and all other forms of support must be extended to the Islamic Republic, framing Iran as a victim of aggression.
Al-Houthi further stated that “Israel”, in its attack on Iran, violated the airspace of several Arab countries without regard for their sovereignty.
He warned that such violations are part of a broader Israeli plan aimed at eventual occupation and domination of those states.
He stressed that the region must work to restore the deterrence equation against the Israeli enemy and reject the acceptance of the lawlessness equation.
Sayyed al-Houthi described the Israeli attack on Iran as blatant, thuggish aggression that disregards all considerations.
He stated that this aggression is part of a broader Western campaign targeting Iran, which they view as an independent model supporting the Palestinian cause and moving toward building a civilisational rebirth and Islamic power.
Sayyed al-Houthi also condemned Israel’s attacks on Iran’s nuclear power facilities, expressing concern over potential radioactive contamination. He noted that if not for the substantial ground structures at the targeted nuclear facility, the consequences could have been extremely severe.
Concluding his remarks on the Iranian issue, Sayyed al-Houthi called on all Arab and Islamic governments to maintain a firm and unified stance to condemn the Israeli aggression and to sustain their political and media positions in support of Iran.
