ADEN, May 28 (YPA) – Abdulrahman Al-Wali, a politician in the Southern Movement and academic at Aden University, called on the honorable people of Aden and the south to rise up to demand their rights to electricity, water, and other services.
He revealed a sharp deterioration in living and service conditions in the city of Aden and the southern governorates.
Al-Wali described these conditions as “very bad,” in light of the absence of real solutions from the coalition and its affiliated government.
In a post on the “X” platform on Wednesday, followed by the agency, Al-Wali confirmed that citizens in “the south are dying in every sense of the word,” noting that providing food has become their primary concern.
He explained that southern activists have been “recruited,” and most of them have sold themselves to external parties.
Al-Wali’s statements came at a time when Aden and the rest of the southern governorates are witnessing an unprecedented collapse in living and service conditions, amid silence from the coalition and its affiliated government.
