Missile, drone attacks target military bases in Saudi Sharurah area

SANAA, Sept. 13 (YPA) – Yemen’s Sanaa-based armed forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Sarie said on Saturday that the armed forces carried out a specialized military operation targeting weapons depots and command-and-control rooms overseeing the aggression against Yemen and its people at a military base in the Saudi area of Sharurah.

In a statement, the spokesman affirmed that the operation came in response to the continued Saudi aggression against Yemen.

He said the operation also was carried out with a large salvo of ballistic missiles and drones, adding that the strikes accurately hit their targets.

Sarie warned the Saudi enemy that its continued aggression against the Yemeni people would be met with more severe and larger-scale operations deep inside Saudi territory.
