Hamas: ‘Bombing schools is height of Israeli immorality’

GAZA, May 26 (YPA) – Hamas Movement confirmed on Monday that the Israeli occupation has been continuing its massacres against civilians in Gaza and attempts to cover up its crimes with false statements, in light of the weak positions of Arab and Islamic governments.

Hamas said in a news statement that the criminal Zionist occupation has been carrying out horrific massacres against displaced families in their places of refuge, resulting in dozens of martyrs, most of them children and women, including charred and unidentified bodies.

The statement considered the targeting of Fahmi al-Jarjawi School in the al-Daraj neighborhood and the home of the Abd Rabbuh family east of Jabalia to reflected the height of Zionist debauchery and confirm the occupation’s continued scorched-earth policy of emptying the Strip of its residents by bombing civilian facilities and safe displacement centers.

It warned against the occupation’s attempts to evade responsibility for the murder of the nine children from the al-Najjar family by falsely claiming there was no information about the incident and using the pretext of opening an investigation.

Hamas emphasized that all previous evidence has proven the enemy’s propaganda and that its alleged investigations were merely pretexts to evade its ongoing crimes against innocent civilians.

The statement emphasized that the escalation of these massacres also reflected the fascist nature of the occupation government and confirmed its exploitation of the absence of international deterrence and the blanket of silence to intensify its crimes against humanity, without legal or moral deterrent.

It called for urgent Arab and Islamic action, including severing relations and withdrawing ambassadors from countries that maintain relations with the occupation, and activating political, diplomatic, and economic pressure to curb the aggression, calling for the UN Security Council, the International Criminal Court, and all free people of the world to take immediate action to stop the genocidal war, end the imposed blockade, and ensure the unconditional entry of humanitarian aid.
