Footage shows Yemeni air defenses downing US MQ-9 drone

SANAA, March 05 (YPA) – The military media of Yemeni Armed Forces published footage of the destruction of the US MQ-9 Reaper drone.

The footage documented the process of tracking the drone and the moment it was hit by a locally made surface-to-air missile, in the skies of Hodeida.

Earlier on Tuesday, The Armed Forces had previously announced that the air defenses had successfully shot down a hostile American MQ-9 drone while it was violating Yemeni airspace and conducting hostile missions over Hodeida Governorate.
