Sanaa launches initiative to open Al-Qasr round-Al-Kamp road in Taiz

TAIZ, Feb. 27 (YPA) – Local authorities in Taiz province affiliated with the Sanaa government announced on Thursday the start of implementing an initiative to unilaterally open the Al-Qasr round-Al-Kamb-Houdh Al-Ashraf road.

Director of the Public Works Office, Engineer Bakil Hamid, confirmed that the road is now ready for cars to pass through during the holy month of Ramadan.

The announcement was made during an inspection visit to ongoing road projects by Taiz’s Acting Governor, Ahmed Al-Masawa.

Al-Masawa noted a positive response from the other party towards the initiative directed by Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi to ease travel for citizens during Ramadan.
