MAHRA, Feb. 22 (YPA) – Mahra province, eastern Yemen, witnessed on Friday a mass demonstration denouncing the deterioration of public services and living conditions, demanding the departure of the Saudi-led coalition and its affiliated government.
The demonstrators expressed their anger at the collapse of the currency and the deterioration of services, holding the coalition and the government responsible for the crisis. They also raised slogans rejecting the policy of starvation, criticizing the continued foreign presence as a major cause of the deterioration.
This demonstration comes amid escalating popular anger and demands for urgent solutions to the worsening economic crises.
