Israeli attack targets Khalkhala airport in Syria

DAMASCUS, Feb. 10 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army launched an attack on Sunday afternoon targeting the Khalkhala military airport located in the northern countryside of Sweida in Syria.

It is the second attack on Syrian territory within 24 hours.

According to local sources, explosions were heard inside the airport, coinciding with the flight of warplanes believed to be Israeli in the airspace of the area.

So far, there have been no reports of casualties as a result of the attack.

Late yesterday evening, Israeli warplanes bombed weapons depots in Tal al-Manea in the al-Kiswah area in the Damascus countryside, resulting in significant material damage, without any confirmed information about human losses so far.
