Israeli occupation forces arrest 22 Palestinians in West Bank

WEST BANK, Aug. 31 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces arrested on Saturday at least 22 Palestinians in various parts of the West Bank, including a journalist and a woman, in addition to children and former prisoners.

The Prisoners’ and Ex-Prisoners’ Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club said in a joint statement today that enemy forces stormed several cities and towns in the West Bank, beat Palestinians, and arrested 22 of them after searching their homes and tampering with their contents.

The Israeli occupation forces have arrested more than 10,300 Palestinians from the West Bank since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
