Gunmen set fire to tribal sheikh’s car in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Aug. 10 (YPA) – Unknown persons set fire on Friday to the car of a tribal sheikh in the Haridah district of Hadramout province, eastern Yemen.

Human rights sources confirmed that the car that targeted belonging to Sheikh Saleh Omar Al-Khail Bajaber, one of sheikh in the Haridah district, which was parked next to his house in the Andal area, causing severe damage to the car.

The incident was met with widespread public discontent in community circles, amidst a state of denunciation, considering as an alien to Hadrami society.
