Citizen killed after being run over by UAE-backed factions in Taiz

TAIZ, Aug. 19 (YPA) – Citizen Ali Muhammad Zaid al-Haddad, 60 years old, was killed on Tuesday after being run over by a military vehicle belonging to the UAE factions in Mawza’a area, west of Taiz Governorate.

An informed human rights source confirmed that a truck belonging to the UAE factions, led by Tariq Saleh, was traveling at breakneck speed and ran over citizen al-Haddad while he was crossing the Wadi al-Ghail Bridge in Sweida area on Mawza’a road.

The source stated that al-Haddad was transferred to a hospital in the city of Mocha, but he died due to the fatal injuries.

The vehicles of the UAE factions on the coast are claiming the lives of dozens of people from Tihama as a result of excessive speed, without any consideration for the lives of citizens.
