Al-Qassam Brigades target Israeli troop carrier in “Tal al-Hawa” neighborhood in Gaza

GAZA, July 27 (YPA) – The “Al-Qassam” Brigades, the military wing of the “Hamas” movement, announced on Saturday that its fighters targeted an Israeli troop carrier in the “Tal al-Hawa” neighborhood (southwest of Gaza City) and the operations rooms of the Israeli occupation army command in the “Netzarim” axis, “Martyrs Junction.”

Al-Qassam said in a press statement, received by Quds Press, “We targeted a Zionist troop carrier surrounded by occupation soldiers with al-Yassin 105 shells and left them dead and wounded in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood.”
The statement added: “We bombed the enemy forces penetrating north of Juhr al-Dik in the middle of the Gaza Strip with mortar shells, and we targeted enemy command rooms in the “Netzarim” axis with 114 mm short-range rockets.”

According to announced Israeli army figures, 688 soldiers and officers have been killed since the beginning of the war on October 7, including 328 in ground battles in Gaza. Army data also indicate that 2,147 soldiers were injured in ground battles in the Gaza Strip.

For the 295th day in a row, the Israeli occupation army continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip, with American and European support, as its planes bomb the vicinity of hospitals, buildings, towers, and homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them above the heads of their residents, and preventing the entry of water, food, medicine, and fuel.

The occupation’s continued aggression against Gaza led to the death of 39,175, the injury of 90,403 others, and the displacement of 90% of the Gaza Strip’s population, according to United Nations data.
