Hezbollah releases video: “We will not betray… We will not hand over the weapons”

BEIRUT, Aug. 15 (YPA) — Hezbollah’s military media released a video titled “We will not betray… We will not surrender the weapons” on Friday evening.

This video serves as a direct expression of Hezbollah’s firm stance against disarming, following a statement made earlier today by the group’s Secretary-General, Sheikh Naim Qassem, who declared that the Resistance “will never surrender its weapons while the aggression continues.”

He vowed that “they will fight a Karbala battle if necessary and we are confident that we’ll be victorious.”

Sheikh Qassem warned that the Lebanese Government “bears full responsibility for any internal strife and for abandoning its duty to defend the land of Lebanon.”
