Hadramout factions threaten coalition with painful choices

HADRAMOUT, July 20 (YPA) – Hadramout Inclusive Conference component called for an end to injustice, appropriation, and humiliation of citizens in all districts of Hadramout province.

In a statement, the component said that the coalition-backed authorities produced a miserable reality being dominated by oppression, tyranny, corruption, and deliberate humiliation and torture of the citizen by targeting the necessities of a decent life.

The statement called on the people of Hadramout to go to extract their rights without giving up and to preserve their dignity.

It renewed its adherence to the demands announced last week to save citizens from poverty and famine, work to improve services, end corruption, and involve components in monitoring the disbursement of enormous expenses by the local authority.

The component’s statement noted stated that the demands of Hadramout people have been ignored and marginalized by the coalition-backed Aden government and its authorities in the province, vowing to take painful upcoming steps to escalate.
