OCCUPIED PALESTINE, July 18 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces announced on Thursday that a reserve officer was killed as a result of his injury more than two weeks ago in the occupied Golan Heights, northern occupied Palestine.
They said in a brief statement: “Retired officer Ephraim Ben Amram (25 years old), a fighter in the 53rd Battalion, died today, Thursday, from his wounds about two weeks after he was seriously injured in a drone attack launched from southern Lebanon, on a military base in the Golan Heights”.
On June 30, 16 Israeli soldiers were injured as a result of the explosion of a drone launched from southern Lebanon that landed in the occupied northern Golan Heights.
According to Israeli army data until Wednesday, the number of its wounded soldiers reached 4,149, while the announced number of its dead reached 682 officers and soldiers since the start of the war nine months ago.
