Gaza Health Ministry reports over 74,600 killed since October 2023

GAZA, Nov. 04 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health office in the Gaza Strip announced on Wednesday that the casualties from the Israeli occupation attacks since October 7, 2023, have risen to 74,618 killed and 175,920 injured.

In its daily statistical report detailing casualties resulting from the Israeli occupation aggression on the Strip, the Ministry stated that hospitals in Gaza received three killed and 21 injured individuals over the past 24 hours. The Ministry specified that these fatalities include 11 newly reported deaths, two individuals who succumbed to previous injuries, and two bodies retrieved from the rubble.

Furthermore, the Ministry revealed that casualties recorded since the ceasefire on October 11 stand at 1,602 killed and 5,794 injured, while 847 bodies have been recovered from beneath the debris.
