DHALEA, June 23 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militants arrested on Sunday two senior leaders in the province of Dhalea, south of Yemen.
Local sources said that the STC’s force stormed the house of the head of the so-called Revolutionary Movement Council in the province and a member of the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Movement, Adnan Al-Hamidi, and took him to an unknown destination.
The sources added that another force from simultaneously raided also the house of Adel Wahib, one of the leaders of the Movement Council, and transferred him to an unknown place.
Meanwhile, deputy head of the so-called Revolutionary Movement Council, Mohammed Damba Al-Nakhai, held the STC fully responsible for the lives and safety of Al-Hamidi and Wahib, demanding their immediate release.
