Children poisoned with expired food in Beit Lahia, Israeli army commits three massacres in Gaza

GAZA, June 23 (YPA) – The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip on Sunday announced cases of poisoning among children in Beit Lahia after eating expired food in light of the starvation war to which Palestinians are exposed in Gaza and its north.

A member of the Emergency Committee in the Gaza Health Ministry said, “The aid trucks remained under the sun for months with canned goods inside them, so when they reached the citizens, about 60 cases of poisoning with these foods were transported to the hospitals.”

The ministry reported that “the Israeli occupation forces committed three massacres in the Gaza Strip, killing 47 people and injuring 121 others during the past 24 hours.”

It added in a statement that a number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, while ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

Thus, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announces that “the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Strip has risen to 37,598 martyrs and 86,032 injured since October 7.”
