Yemeni armed forces target American destroyer, two ships in Red Sea, Arabian Sea
SANAA, June 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Sunday evening the implementation of three military operations in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea, targeting an American destroyer and two ships that violated the ban on entry into the ports of occupied Palestine.
The official spokesman for the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, said in a statement that the missile force and naval forces carried out two military operations in the Red Sea. “The first operation targeted an American destroyer with a number of ballistic missiles, and the second targeted the “CAPTAIN PARIS” ship with appropriate naval missiles.”
Brigadier Sarie pointed out that the Air Force carried out a third military operation targeting the “Happy Condor” ship in the Arabian Sea, using a number of drones, after the company that owned it violated the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine.
Brigadier General Sarie confirmed that the three operations successfully achieved their goals, noting that the armed forces’ operations come as a part of support for the oppressed Palestinian people and in response to the crimes committed against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, and in response to the American-British aggression against Yemen.
