Yemeni armed forces target three ships in Red Sea, Arabian Sea

SANAA, June 05 (YPA) – The Yemeni armed forces in Sanaa announced Wednesday evening the implementation of three military operations targeting three ships in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea.

The official spokesman for the armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, explained in a statement that two military operations in the Red Sea were carried out with a number of missiles and drones targeting two ships; the first is “Roza” ship and the other is “Vantage Dream” ship, and both are belonging to companies that violated the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine.

He pointed out that the third operation targeted the American ship “Maersk Seletar” with a number of drones in the eastern Arabian Sea.

The spokesman stated that these military operations come in support of the oppressed Palestinian people, in response to the crimes of the Zionist enemy against the displaced people in Rafah city in the Gaza Strip, and in response to the US-British aggression against Yemen.

The statement confirmed that the Yemeni armed forces will continue to carry out their military operations in support of the Palestinian people until the Zionist aggression stops and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.
