Hamas denies enemy claims on prisoner swap deal

GAZA, Jan. 25 (YPA) – The Palestinian Islamic Movement “Hamas”, has denied reports about reaching a cease-fire deal and prisoner swap between Palestinian resistance and Israeli occupation forces under Qatari and Egyptian mediation, a source in the movement told Quds Press.

According to the source, Hamas demands a deal that ends the Israeli war and allows the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza. a source in the Movement told Quds Press.

He pointed to the Israeli military losses and failure to reach any of its captives in the Gaza Strip.

The leader reaffirmed “the unified position of the Hamas movement, both politically and military, as coordination between them is perfect, and they hold the same position and adhere to the same conditions.”

Since October 7th of last year, the Israeli enemy’s army has continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip with the support of the United States and European countries.

Its aircraft bomb the vicinity of hospitals, buildings, towers, and the homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them above their heads. The aggression also prevents the entry of water, food, medicine, and fuel.

During this ongoing Zionist-American aggression on Gaza, the death toll has risen to 25,700, while  63,740 people injured. The aggression has also led to the displacement of more than 85% of the population of the Gaza Strip, approximately 1.9 million people, according to local authorities and international organizations.
