9 Ukrainian drones shot down over 4 Russian provinces

WORLD, Nov. 26 (YPA) – Russian forces destroyed nine Ukrainian drones over four provinces of western Russia on Sunday morning.

“Russian defenses on Sunday morning thwarted major Ukrainian drone attacks targeting the territory of Russia and shot down four drones over regions including Moscow, Tula, Kaluga and Bryansk,” the country’s defense ministry statement said.

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said earlier that air defenses had thwarted a major drone attack on the capital, downing unmanned aerial vehicles near the town of Naro-Fominsk and the Odintsovsky Urban District outside Moscow, as well as in three neighboring regions.
