OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Nov. 26 (YPA) – A Palestinian youth was killed and eight others were injured in shelling carried out by Israeli drones on a house in the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank last night.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent, the Israeli shelling resulted in the death of the young man Asaad Ali Al-Damj and the injury of eight others, one of them seriously.
The Israeli occupation forces arrested injured people from the ambulance while they were being transported for treatment.
Activists circulated videos documenting the extent of the damage caused to the camp by the shelling.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a young Palestinian teenager killing him in the Jabal al-Taweel area east of the city of Al-Bireh last night, according to medical sources.
The Ministry of Health said in a press statement it had been informed by the Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority that a teenager identified as Mohammad Riyad Saleh, 16, was shot and killed by Israeli occupation soldiers in unclear circumstances in the said area.
Moreover, four Palestinian people were killed by the occupation forces in Jenin last night.
The death toll in the West Bank since the start of the war on Gaza has risen to 238 Palestinians in addition to hundreds of wounded, while arrests have reached about 3,000.
