Young man killed in shooting in Abyan

ABYAN, Sept. 22 (YPA) – At least one was killed and three others injured in a shooting at a local market in Abyan province, southern Yemen, local sources said on Friday.

According to the sources, a masked man gunman opened fire in a qat market in Zinjibar district, killing a young man and wounding two others.

The sources identifed the killed man as Ali al-Nakha’i.

The wounded were taken to the directorate’s hospital, the sources.

The province, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition, has been witnessing massive insecurity liquidations and assassinations.
