Hail storm hits Amran province

AMRAN, Aug. 04 (YPA) – Amran governorate witnessed, for the second consecutive day, heavy rains accompanied by hails, in conjunction with high temperatures in various Yemeni governorates.

 According to local sources, the city of Amran and other areas of the province were hit by a hail storm that covered large agricultural terraces.

 Activists circulated on social media platforms posted pictures showing large areas of the city covered with hail.
