Theft of STC radio tower sparks widespread ridicule

ADEN, Aug 04 (YPA) -News reports regarding the looting of a radio tower belonging to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden have sparked widespread ridicule on social media platforms.

According to activists, the radio was cut off after its tower was dismantled and stolen.

They explained that the security services of the STC opened an investigation into the incident.

In the same context, the southern activist, Anis Mansour, said in a tweet that “[for] five days, the security forces have been looking for the tower and who stole it .”
