ISIS leader killed in Syria’s Idlib clashes

SYRIA, Aug 03 (YPA) – One of leaders of ISIS organization was killed on Thursday in an armed clashes in Idlib city, northwestern Syria.

According to an audio recording transmitted by “Agence France Presse, the “Islamic State” organization announced the death of the leader, Abu al-Hussein al-Qurashi, in clashes with with Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham.

Al-Qurashi was killed after a direct confrontation in one of the towns of Idlib countryside, after they tried to capture him while he was at work, so he clashed with them with his weapon until he died of his wounds, the ISIS’s spokesman, Abu Hudhaifa al-Ansari, said in a recording published by accounts linked to the organization.
