Sanaa sends protest letter to Ankara

SANAA, Aug 02 (YPA) -The Sanaa government sent a protest letter to the Turkish authorities over the attack on a Yemeni citizen in Turkey.

“We sent a letter of protest to Ankara as a result of the unjustified harassment of Yemeni nationals residing on its territory that is not appropriate for the historical relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples,” Hussein Al-Ezzi tweeted on Tuesday.

“We affirmed Sanaa’s insistence on the need to hold the perpetrators of the assaults on the Yemeni citizen accountable and to impose the most severe deterrent penalties against them,” he added.
