Woman, child killed, another injured due to explosion of shell from coalition’s remnants in Hodeida

HODEIDA, June 07 (YPA) – A woman and a child were killed on Wednesday, while another one was injured by a shell explosion from the remnants of US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition in Hodeida province.

The Executive Center for Mine Action said in a brief statement that a 50-year-old woman and a 12-year-old child were killed and another 10-year-old child was injured as a result of the explosion of a shell from the remnants of coalition forces in Al-Masani village of Al-Hali district.

The statement condemned the continued disregard of the United Nations for the needs of removing the remnants of coalition and the failure to introduce its own devices to save the lives of citizens in the affected areas.
