SANAA, April 11 (YPA) – Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, affirmed Sanaa’s adherence to the legitimate demands and rights of the Yemeni people.
This came during his participation on Tuesday in the political forum organized by Dar Al-Khibra Center for Studies and Development, entitled: “The Iranian-Saudi Agreement and its Implications for the Arab Region and the Republic of Yemen.”
Al-Nuaimi said that ending the war and the blockade would by a prelude to achieving a just and honorable peace.
He affirmed that this agreement came as a result of the state of steadfastness made by the Axis of Resistance in the path of struggle and liberation in the sovereign and political decision to confront American Zionist hegemony and arrogance and its tools in the region.
Al-Nuaimi pointed out that America and its tools had sought throughout the past periods to practice methods of hegemony and plant division among the peoples of the Islamic nation, by demonizing the Islamic Republic of Iran, for service of the Zionist entity.
“When the American project failed, Saudi Arabia wanted to correct its positions by signing the agreement and leaving the American mantle,” he added.
Al-Nuaimi called for vigilance and arming with awareness to deal with the changes and positions that could undermine the determination, steadfastness and sacrifices made by the Yemeni people during the past eight years.
