WORLD, March 21 (YPA) – Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping will hold talks on Tuesday in Moscow on a range of issues, the most important of which are bilateral relations, the economy, the international situation and the Ukrainian crisis.
The talks between the two presidents will begin in a miniature format and are expected to be attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
According to the agenda for the second day of the Chinese president’s visit to Moscow, expanded talks between representatives of the two countries will also be held in the Kremlin.
On Tuesday, the two sides are scheduled to sign nearly 10 joint documents, including two key documents: “Joint Statement by the Russian Federation and China on Deepening Partnership and Strategic Interaction in Line with Entering a New Era” and “Joint Statement on the Development Plan for the Main Areas of Economic Cooperation for 2030.”
