China, Russia confirm their march on one defensive line

BEIJING, Nov. 28 (YPA) – China and Russia have affirmed their shared commitment to strengthening a multipolar world and do not believe in unipolar domination.

Chinese news agency said that this came during a meeting between Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi today, the new Russian ambassador to China, Igor Morgulov.

Wang said” the two countries are committed to upholding the international order, which is based on international law and has the United Nations at its core, and rejects power politics.”

He added that no matter how the international situation develops, “China and Russia will strengthen strategic mutual trust and pragmatic cooperation, and jointly uphold international fairness and justice.”

For his part, Morgulov said the Russian-Chinese relations are unbreakable and the friendship between the two countries can overcome any challenge.

The two sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues of common concern.
