150 violations of UN-declared military, humanitarian truce recorded in Yemen

SANAA, Sept. 06 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 150 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Monday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, 34 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Hodeida, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, Bayda provinces and border fronts.

The source declared that coalition’s mercenaries committed four breaches by creation of combat fortifications in north of Hays district in Hodeida and another breach was recorded by military gatherings of coalition’s mercenaries in Al-Anin area of Jabal Habashi district in Taiz.

The source pointed out that the breaches included air strikes of coalition’s warplanes attacked coalition’s troops in 31 brigade camp.

He also confirmed that 33 violations by artillery shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Marib, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeida, Taiz and border fronts.

The source mentioned that an artillery bombardment attacked the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Malaa and Al-Rawdha areas of Marib, Haradh, Bani Hassan, Al-Tina and Al-Mazraq areas of Hajjah, Al-Sabah area of Malaheedh, and Razih districts of Saada.

The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted sites of the Yemeni army in north and south of Hays district in Hodeida, Al-Selw area of Taiz, Al-Sabaia area of Wadi Jara and in Jizan border province and Jabal Al-Omdah area of Najran region.

In addition, the source declared that 77 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeida, Dhalea and border fronts.
