Citizen killed by gunmen in Taiz

TAIZ, June. 11 (YPA) – A citizen was assassinated on Saturday in the province of Taiz.

Local sources said that unknown gunmen opened fire on the citizen “Tamer Sidqi” in front of Mujahid Mosque in Al-Nassiriya area of the province, and fled.

The city of Taiz, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition forces, is experiencing an unprecedented insecurity as a result of the existing conflicts between the coalition factions, led by the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Islah Party backed by Saudi Arabia.
