Syria: Local residents expel US occupation convoy in Qamishli countryside

DAMASCUS, May 14 (YPA) – Local residents in Qamishli countryside supported by a unit of the Syrian Arab Army, intercepted four military vehicles of the US occupation forces and expelled them from the area, Syrian Arab News Agency reported, citing local sources.

“The citizens of Salhiyeh Harb village in Qamishli countryside in Hasaka northern countryside prevented a convoy of five military vehicles of the occupation forces from passing through  the village, forcing it to retreat and expelling it from the area,” according to local sources.

About two weeks ago, residents of the village of Tel Dhah had intercepted a convoy  of five US armored vehicles escorted by a Pick-up car of the QSD militias who tried to enter their village and expelled it from the area.
