UAE establishes Israeli intelligence center at Socotra Airport

SOCOTRA, Sept. 14 (YPA) – The Zionist entity has established an intelligence center at the airport of Socotra Island, southern Yemen, local sources reported on Tuesday.

According to the sources, the The Red Crescent Society of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed a contract with the Zionist entity to establish an intelligence center for the Israeli Air Force at Hadibu Airport, the capital of the island.

The UAE has opened Socotra to the Israeli military presence since the announcement of relations normalization between them in the middle of 2020.

This comes after the UAE sent several ships carrying Israeli military equipment and devices, which were disembarked at the island’s port during the past months.
