Southern politician: UAE and Saudi Arabia commit massacre in Abyan

ABYAN, Jul. 04 (YPA) – A Southern political writer accused the UAE and Saudi Arabia of bombing a camp of Islah Party militants in Modiya district in Abyan province,  southern Yemen.

“The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia are behind the bombing of the 5th Brigade Camp in Modiya ,” al-Yamani wrote in a tweet .

Al-Yamani added: ” More than twenty officers and soldiers were killed and there were many injured in critical condition. This massacre will end in Modiya as the massacre of al-Alam ended and Hadi, Moeen and Al-Barkani will come out to thank Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.”

An Emirati air strike targeted gatherings of Islah militants at Camp  in Modiya of Abyan province this afternoon, killing and wounding dozens.
