STC dismisses commander of anti-terror units

ADEN, May 29 (YPA) – The UAE-backed southern transitional council dismissed on Saturday the commander of anti-terror units, Yasran al-Maqtri, after a strongly worded message he addressed to the council chairman.

The council chairman issued a decision appointing the former commander in Aden security, Shalal Shaiaa to command the so-called counterterrorism units.
