BEIRUT, July 26 (YPA) – Two people were killed on Saturday when an Israeli drone targeted the town of Dabaal in the Tyre district of southern Lebanon.
Lebanese media outlets said the drone fired several missiles at a site in the town, killing two people immediately, amid panic among civilians. The identities of the victims have not yet been officially revealed.
The strikes came amid escalating tensions on the Lebanese-occupied Palestinian border, where Israeli occupation forces had continued to carry out airstrikes and drone strikes against targets in Lebanon.
The Lebanese authorities and the Israeli occupation army have not yet issued an official statement regarding the details of the attack or the nature of the target.
