Army attacks coalition forces’ sites in Marib

MARIB, April 26 (YPA) – The Yemeni army carried out on Monday an attack targeting sites of the Saudi-led coalition forces in the city of Marib.

According to local sources in Marib, violent battles broke out between the army and the coalition, and Al-Qaeda members in Al-Mile area, northwest of the city of Marib.

The sources added that army forces were able to full control of Al-Touma Al-Olaya, 5 km from the city center of Marib.

Additionally, the forces of army advanced towards the strategic area of Maile, which is the northern gate of the coalition forces and al-Qaeda camp in “Sahn al-Jin” area, as well as the northern gate of the 3th military region in Marib”, where fierce battles are currently taking place between the two parties.
