Southern Salvation Council demands ouster of Saudi troops from Mahrah

MAHRAH, Nov. 12 (YPA) – The so-called Southern Salvation Council demanded the expulsion of Saudi forces from Mahrah province, eastern Yemen.

Sa’ad al-Qamairi, chairman of the council in the governorate, confirmed that the anniversary of Al-Anfaq  crime committed by Saudi forces on November 13, 2018, is a milestone in the history of the struggle of Mahrah’s sons.

Al-Qamairi said that the blood of the sons of Mahrah will not go to waste, until the goals of the sit-in committee are achieved by clearing the province from the Saudi occupation forces,

He pointed out that the blood of the martyrs will make victory, despite the difference of equipment and armaments, according to Al-Mahriya TV.

Saudi armoured vehicles stormed the headquarters of Mahrah Youth Sit-in  in Huswain District, and opened fire on the protesters, killing two protesters and injuring another in mid-November 2018.
