World’s youngest prisoner killed in Israeli strike on Gaza

GAZA, July 12 (YPA) – Yousef Al-Zaq, the world’s youngest former prisoner, has also been killed after Israeli forces targeted his family’s apartment on Al-Thawra Street in central Gaza.

He was born in Israeli prison in 2008, the son of freed Palestinian detainee Fatima Al-Zaq, who gave birth to him behind bars.

Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out massacres against civilians in Gaza without clear military objectives, inflicting collective punishment on civilians in blatant retaliation.

Among the victims are dozens of former prisoners who had been recently released from Israeli jails and have since been killed in airstrikes since the start of the assault on the Gaza Strip.
