Two Yemeni students in injured Beirut’s explosion

SANAA, Aug. 5 (YPA) – At least two Yemeni students were injured in the massive explosion in Beirut port and they were taken to hospital for treatment,” Yemeni diplomatic sources in Beirut said.

Diplomatic sources at the Yemeni embassy in Beirut gave no further details on conditions of the two Yemeni students injured in the Beirut bombing.

In the same context, President Mahdi Al-Mashat, head of the Supreme Political Council, affirmed Yemen’s solidarity with the brotherly Lebanese people and the Lebanese government following a massive explosion that rocked the Lebanese capital Beirut, which has killed at least 30 people and injured more than 2,500 others.

In a letter to the Lebanese President, Michel Aoun, President Al-Mashat expressed his sincere condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims and those injured in the attack, calling for solidarity with the Lebanese government with the necessary support  to overcome the effects of the devastation and repercussions of the Port of Beirut at the earliest time.
