UAE-Backed council accuses Islah party of betrayal

ADEN, March 2 (YPA) – A leader in the UAE-backed Southern Translation Council (STC) in the southern port city of Aden launched a verbal attack against the al-Islah party, the Yemeni branch of Muslim brotherhood.

“The Brotherhood is a tool of betrayal and defeats,” said Fadel al-Ja’adi, a member of the presidency of the Southern Transitional Council said.

He confirmed that, “Marib would inevitably fall into the hands of Sanaa’s forces after the fall of Jawf.”

Al-Ja’adi called for changing the Brotherhood’s tools before the last fall down.

Pro-UAE forces accuse al-Islah of handing over the fronts to the Houthis, after al-Jawf fell completely into their hands.
