Jawf’s local authority condemns Saddam Dehya’s murder on Marib-Hazm road

JAWF, Jan. 18 (YPA) – The local authority in Jawf province condemned the killing of Saddam Saleh Dehya and looting of his money by unknown gunmen on the road between Marib province and al-Hazm district.

The local authority confirmed that this crime is not the first against travelers and citizens on the public road, in light of the lawlessness in areas under the control of Saudi-led coalition mercenaries.

“This crime was considered a flagrant violation of tribal values, principles and norms,” the local authority said.

The citizen Dehya, a resident of Barat area of Jawf, was returning from the city of Marib, when he was intercepted by unknown armed men on al-Ruwaik- al-Hazm road, who began shooting at him, killing him and looting his car and everything in his possession, the authority explained.
