Disabled Care Fund disburses over 210 million riyals as educational aid

SANAA, July 16 (YPA) – The Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Fund announced in Sanaa on Wednesday the transfer of the first batch of educational aid to the disabled students in various educational stages for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The Executive Director of the Fund, Dr. Ali Nasser Mughli, explained that 210,796,519 riyals was transferred to target about 2,304 male and female students with disabilities in various provinces.

He affirmed that the move aimed to the Fund’s management’s keenness to support the educational and rehabilitation process for persons with disabilities, and facilitate their enrollment in all stages of education, especially vocational and higher education.

Dr. Mughli pointed out that the Fund would continue its efforts to provide educational and rehabilitation opportunities for people with disabilities.
