SANAA, Dec. 26 (YPA) – The head of the National Prisoners’ Affairs Committee, Abdul Qadir al-Mortada revealed on Thursday the Saudi-led coalition abandoned over 2,000 war prisoners, who have been arrested in the battle front.
Al-Mortada said in a statement that the coalition did reject an exchange deal made by the committee to free the prisoners through a tribal mediation.
He added that the prisoners arrested by the Yemeni army in the operation, Nasr Min Allah, in Najran province.
