STC militias carry out arrests in Aden on regionalism basis: Official

SANAA, Dec. 8 (YPA) – Aden governor Tariq Salam said in a news statement on Sunday that the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council carried out arrests on regionalism basis in Aden province.

The governor affirmed that assassinations and fighting have been escalated further in the province since the signing of Riyadh-run Agreement between the Saudi-led coalition mercenaries.

Salam explained that the agreement was booby-trapped with all the factors of collision and fighting among the militias.

400 recruits have been killed and wounded in assassinations and military clashes in the southern provinces, he added.
